Returns and refunds (private consumers only)
These terms apply to consumers only and are not applicable to customers buying on behalf of a business to receive our business terms and conditions please contact wholesale@moviemarket.co.uk. If you are a business customer please refer to our section headed wholesale information.
Our guarantee
Customer choice and satisfaction has been our main aim since we
began more than 22 years ago. We offer a 100% guarantee that if
you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered,
we will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding packing
& delivery) provided that you return them to us undamaged and
in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
How to return items
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving
us prior notice. In this case please pack the goods in their original
packing and take the package to any Post Office, affix the correct
postage and send to:

Refund and exchange process
Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned
to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will
endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement,
within 3 working days.

How to cancel your order (applies to private consumers and not business customers)
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have
the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from
the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service
Team on 01935 811000 or International +44 1935 811000 or e-mail
our customer services
team with the order number and your instruction to cancel.
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package
the relevant items and send them back to us.
If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for
collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as
soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive
your notification.
